You can relax after a fun day at the beach in your own private pool and hot tub. Spacious decks on the back mid and top level overlooking the pool area offer a great place to read a book, enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages.

Monteray Shores offers great community amenities with an outdoor pool and tennis courts, playground, clubhouse and sound-front pier.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The house was accommodating to all of our needs. It was very spacious, even with 8 people. We never felt like we were on top of each other.

The price was excellent for a 4 bedroom house, pool, and hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking with any utensils or equipment you would need and more. The neighborhood was quiet. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room to have our own private time. Each bedroom had a tv. No complaints at all. The only thing I would mention is that the beds were very creaky when moving or getting in or out of them. I would stay again.

Great house! Our only suggestion is to get better mattresses. Not much support and every time you sit down or get up (or even roll over in the middle of the night) they are very loud. Aside from that, we had no issues. The house was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely stay here again if we knew they added better quality beds!

Great House! We have already booked again for next year. Small request would be to have the ability to turn the door alarm off for those without small kids.

Unfortunately, the door alarm from the den to the pool area cannot be turned off as it is for the safety of guests, especially those with smaller kids. Fortunately, the alarm can be silenced by hitting the button, either just before opening the door or after opening it. We look forward to seeing you next year!

July 2018 Stay

Second year staying in the OBX. First time in this home. It’s stunning and very clean. No complaints and it fit our family perfectly. Just one note, I wish it had food storage containers to keep leftovers. That’s just me being picky. Overall the home was fantastic. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect home!! Thank you

July 2018 Stay

really enjoyed our first trip to OBX. house was great. village realty very responsive. pool was clutch. kitchen was really well stocked with cooking gear/serving bowls/etc. close to beach and grocery store, can bike to the beach easily or drive to a parking lot in 5 minutes. quiet neighborhood and nice privacy. would stay again!

June 2018 Stay

Very nice ,new home. We enjoyed our stay and are thinking of rebooking this home again. We have stayed with Village Realty for years and my husband said this was his favorite house so far. Nicely decorated in each room. The house has 2 soaking bathtubs and the walls of the tubs are really high which might make bathing small kids hard. Otherwise there is a large glass shower which worked fine for us . The downstairs sliding door going out to the pool has a child alarm which is ear piercing. Wish there was some way to disable it if it wasn’t needed. I would just suggest some drapes/blinds in the living room upstairs to help cut down the heat and glare of the late afternoon sun. Overall a nice vacation. 🙂
