Rest-A-Shore is the perfect place to have a great vacation at this beautiful, oceanside home located in the Villages of Ocean Hill. Distance to the beach is only 2/10 of a mile. After your fun day at the beach, come home and relax in the hot tub or float in your own private pool (heated spring and fall). Indoor fun is located on the lower level with the rec room with a pool table and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Four master bedrooms and two kids' rooms, all with Smart TVs make it perfect for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The top-level great room offers the space for everyone to watch favorite movies on the Smart TV, prepare delicious meals and just hang out. The top-level sun decks provide glimpses of the ocean during the day and are a great spot to view evening sunsets. The covered decks will be a great place to read your favorite book. The Captain’s watch offers a secluded spot to put a puzzle together or sip your morning coffee. Two zoned AC/heat allows for everyone to be comfortable.

Enjoy the great amenities that The Villages of Ocean Hill offer which include oceanfront and lakefront pools, tennis courts, playground, basketball courts, and nature trails.

Home was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our 7 adults. Pool was clean and beautiful. Spacious dining room and kitchen allowed us to gather together for meals.

Great location and great house. Only complaint is that dishwasher pods and some of the included items were not there but they remedied it by dropping more off. The heated pool and hot tub were great!

We loved our stay at Rest-A-Shore. The location was great and was a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everybody and the pool and hot tub was perfect for when the ocean was a little too cold to get in.

We loved our stay! The house was super clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking at home. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Rest-a-Shore was everything we hoped it would be! The house was the perfect size and the kids loved the pool! The walk to the beach was not bad at all and we made the walk a couple times a day. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

The house was exactly as advertised. We had three families totalling 13 people staying, and it was perfect for us to all be together but have our own space. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pool table. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed to cook meals for all of us. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Rest-A-Shore was the perfect beach home for our large family! It was an easy 5 minute walk from the beach and the pool and grill was wonderful to have. The outside and inside stairs made the house feel large and everyone had their own porch, which was lovely. Would highly recommend!

The best part about this house is its proximity to scenery. It's walking distance to the lighthouse, the end of the Route 12 and the Currituck Banks Reserve trail. It's not a long walk from the ocean to the sound. The house had all the cooking tools and amenities we needed for the whole family, and the walking distance to the beach wasn't bad at all.

I loved staying at Rest-A-Shore! Great location, peaceful, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach! The house was spacious, gorgeous, clean and just like the pictures. Cute little shopping centers and markets near by. Definitely would love to stay here again.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in Rest-a-shore for several days at the end of September. The home was in pristine condition and felt brand new. The layout was perfect, furnishings like new, and tons of space for large gatherings. Its only 5 minutes to walk to the beach and in an attractive neighborhood. Loved the the included linen service too!
