This was our 3rd stay at this property. Great ocean views and location! However the main bed mattress is like sleeping on a ski slope, we had to sleep in the quest bedroom. We will definitely return as soon as the mattress has been replaced!

Overall, a nice place to stay. Beach front access with a pool that was cleaned often throughout the week. Convenient location to all local attractions and restaurants. Only 2 recommendations… The master bedroom walk in shower is too small. Would like to see the closet next to the shower stall removed and then enlarge it. There is a second closet already in the bathroom that is plenty big enough to hang items, so two closets is not necessary. The entry door access code panel does not work consistently and needs repaired or replaced. At times we had to enter the code 4-5 times before it would unlock. And yes, we know how to work it. Lol. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!!

The condo was very clean and the photos online depicted the space exactly as it was in real life. Communication with Village Realty was efficient and easy.

The unit is a little tired but nice, well equipped, and the building has an elevator which is a big help. Everything was in order when we checked in. We had a service request that was handled promptly and the man who came to do the work was extremely nice.

This is our 3rd stay here at this property. Great rental, with a beautiful view. We made a couple requests for things to be fixed during our stay, and they were fixed same day!

We love this property, this was our third time renting here. It would be nice to have a chaise lounge on the porch though.

In real estate, location,location is the key word. And that is what makes this rental the best. Then you add very,very comfortable beds, chairs and couch. But the view, from the kitchen, dining room, living room and deck, gets a 10 no matter what the weather is out side. Sunrises and sunsets can both be seen from the deck. Fantastic. The wildlife out side was unbelievable dolphins and pelicans in abundance. And very quiet and clean beaches. On the down side pool was not ready and could not be used the whole week. But we will definitely be back, LORD WILLING.
