Overall, the property was a nice place to stay that is centrally located in OBX and dog friendly.The only real issue was the programmed controlled thermostat didn’t allow cooling the house below about 76-77 during the day.

Property was clean and recently renovated. Rental company was helpful even setting us up for an extra day. Neighbors were all polite and understanding of our puppy. We will definitely consider staying again if we bring the dogs.

"This property was amazing! It was located in a very quiet neighborhood. The property had a community pool that was very huge and clean. The pool was for the community and was not crowded at all .The condo was beautiful, it was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, and all linens/towels to make it easy to travel there and enjoy our stay. The location was close to grocery stores and shopping. The beach was a bit of a walk but had public beach parking that was just a minute drive. We will definitely be staying here again next year maybe even sooner. Thank you!
