Relax in style with our brand-new coastal-inspired living room seating indoors, and use the additional full-size fridge in the garage for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day.

Guests can also enjoy the Ocean Crest community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis courts and private beach access located just 705 yards from the house. The subdivision is just south of Duck Village, only a mile from the quaint town center filled with dining, shopping and recreation. A multi-use pathway along Duck Road allows for ease in strolling or biking to boutiques, eateries and the 11 acre town park with seasonal family friendly events and a soundside boardwalk.

Updates made in 2023 include: Granite countertops, tile backsplash and new sinks installed in the kitchen; New dining table and chairs; Carpeting in bedrooms replaced with hardwood flooring; New carpeting on stairs; New 4" memory foam mattress on sleeper sofa; New TV in second floor bedroom and all TV's now feature Roku; Four new chaise loungers for the pool area; Baths for both king suites fully renovated with new walk-in showers; Fully renovated half bath New paint in the hall bath; Decor updates throughout!

we were very happy with our stay. The house is very comfortable and it was perfect for our group of seven. My only issue is that there is no shade on the pool so from morning till night it’s 100% Sunny, but I have asked the owners to put in another table and an umbrella on the far side of the pool, which would greatly help with people who can’t sit in the sun, but love to swim.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the house had plenty of space for our group. There were lots of thoughtful extras included, like sand toys, pool inflatables, bikes (though one had broken brakes), and a well-stocked kitchen with appliances and serving dishes. That said, the house could use a bit more attention to cleaning. We found crumbs and dirty sheets in the bunk room upon arrival, which was disappointing. It also would’ve been helpful to have a binder or guide with local attractions and recommendations. Despite a few small issues, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it—and return!

This home was amazing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars across the board is because the key pad code did not work during check in so we had to call for assistance. Also according to the listing the pool would be available in April and it was not opened until midway through our stay and was never cleaned so we could not use it.
