Welcome to Schemering Seas, a semi-oceanfront Corolla retreat in Whalehead Beach just a short walk from the beach. With ocean views, a private pool, top-level deck hot tub, outdoor bar with patio, cargo lift, basketball hoop, cornhole, fire pit, and multiple outdoor gathering spaces, this home is designed for relaxed Outer Banks vacations.

The ground level offers plenty of outdoor space for fun in the sun, featuring a gated private pool with loungers, picnic table, outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grills, basketball hoop, cornhole, fire pit, and parking for 4–5 cars. The outdoor bar and patio area provide another great place to gather after a day at the beach or pool.

Inside, the first level includes a foyer with landing, laundry closet with washer and dryer, a queen bedroom with private deck and TV, and a bedroom with two bunk sets, TV, and game table seating. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This level also includes a king bedroom with TV that shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a den featuring a queen sleep sofa, TV, and desk.

The top level serves as the main gathering space, with a great room featuring a TV, ocean views, and deck access. The dining area seats 8, while the kitchen includes breakfast bar seating for 3 and a breakfast table seating for 4. A king bedroom with TV and semi-private bathroom is also located on this level, along with access to the top-level deck hot tub.

Additional features include keyless entry, WiFi, central air conditioning, a cargo lift, Keurig/K-cup style coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor decks, and both gas and charcoal grills.
