Welcome to Mermaid Shade, a one-of-a-kind home where fun, and relaxation come together in perfect harmony. Outside, enjoy friendly competition at the basketball hoop, or fire up the grill for a delicious cook-out. There's plenty of space in the shed for all your beach gear, or you can borrow what is there, so you're always ready for an adventure. The ground level includes a recreation room, featuring a flat-screen TV, beverage fridge, queen sleeper sofa, and a foosball table, for hours of fun.

The middle level has four bedrooms; one King, that shares a bathroom with a room containing two twin beds, and one queen, that shares a bathroom with a second queen and a bunkbed. All four bedrooms have direct deck access, and the middle deck boasts a relaxing hot tub for winding down after a day of fun in the sun. The mid-level laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and utility sink, to add convenience to your stay.

Upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen opens into a spacious great room with a flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. The dining area seats ten, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. A sunny sitting area leads to an expansive deck that includes a picnic table and lounge chairs, with a nearby half-bath for guests. The upper-level king bedroom features an ensuite including a soaker tub, offering a private retreat within this vibrant coastal getaway.
