OSP01: Fun2Sea

Fun2Sea is a bright 5‑bedroom oceanside retreat in Corolla’s Ocean Sands community, with wide ocean views, a unique crow’s nest level, and a short walk to a quiet, uncrowded stretch of beach. Recent updates include LVP flooring throughout (no carpet), LED smart TVs, and an expanded great room, giving your group plenty of space to relax between beach trips.

On the entry/bedroom level (Level 2), four bedrooms and two full baths are clustered together forming two family-friendly units for a restful night’s sleep after long days in the sun. Each unit consists of two bedrooms (queen and double twins) sharing access to a full bath and a large covered deck, plus a convenient laundry area off the hall. This level keeps sleeping spaces cool and quiet, separate from the main living area above.

Head up the spiral staircase to the main living level (Level 3) where vaulted ceilings, big windows, and ocean views set the tone for easygoing beach days. The open living and dining area flows into an updated kitchen with plenty of counter space and bar seating, so the cook can stay part of the conversation. A king bedroom suite with balcony and jetted tub sits just off this level, giving someone in your group a private retreat one floor up from the kids.

From the living area, doors open to a sun deck with a hot tub that looks toward the ocean—perfect for sunrise coffee, afternoon reading, or evening cocktails in the salt air. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and slip into the hot tub to unwind while you listen to the waves. Multiple deck spaces mean everyone can choose sun or shade while still enjoying the view.

Another spiral staircase leads to the crow’s nest/ship’s watch (Level 4), a cozy lounge with wraparound windows, sliding doors, a sleeper sofa, and its own top‑floor sun deck. From here, you’ll enjoy some of the best views in Ocean Sands—panoramic ocean, dunes, and rooftops—making it a favorite spot for sunrise watching, quiet work sessions, or stargazing after dark. This special space helps Fun2Sea stand out for guests who want that classic OBX “perched above it all” feel.

Beach days are simple: follow the nearby community path to the dune crossover, and you’re on a wide, low‑density section of Corolla Beach where it’s easy to spread out and enjoy long walks along the shoreline. When you’re ready to explore, you’re a short drive from shops, groceries, and restaurants, as well as Corolla Park with the Whalehead Club, Currituck Beach Lighthouse, soundside paths, and seasonal events overlooking the Currituck Sound.
