Easy to find, close to everything but kitchen somewhat ill equipped, could use more plates and utensils. 3rd floor bed is sinking in and mattress needs replaced. Still had a great time!

I've been using Village Realty for over 20 yrs with no major issues. Always have had great customer service and quick resolution to any issues which occurred during our stay. And, let's be real for a moment- these houses have new families stay in them every week, for the better part of the year - they take a beating. If something breaks- it's not the management company's fault- it just happens. Village has always fixed the issue - and, no - it can't always be fixed the same day - just like at your own home. So in a world where everyone complains- I can honestly say that all of our stays have been good- some better than others. I recommend Village Realty and I will use them for future rentals.
