CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Great location, convenient to most things - sight seeing as well as groceries. We had a lovely experience at this home. The house was very comfortable for our party of 8 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having a pool in the house was great as well. This was one of the better stocked kitchens we have experienced in a vacation home. The home was clean as were the sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend.
