Overall great stay, would stay in this house again. Short walking distance to beach access. Short walk to Snow Birds (outside restaurant & icecream) Kitchen was well stocked with pans/skillets, cooking utensils, etc. Would suggets some lights near the pool & some of the TVs could be updated.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the options for seating—whether enjoying mealtime, tv, games, or quiet “me time.” The bedrooms were beautifully positioned for privacy, and the kitchen was amply supplied with dishes and cooking utensils . The decor had a soothing beach vibe. In all, it was the perfect venue for memory-making!

This house was great all around and excellent location to the beach! Small details of course always make the difference. We had some issues with non-working TVs through the house, pool light not functioning (necessary for evening swimming) and Jacuzzi breaker tripping. Village Realty was responsive to resolve the issues over 2 days. I recommend to all renters, if you see an issue, say something so it can get resolved before the next rental family comes in.

The home is very well appointed and close to the beach. The pool is small and shallow, but our kids still enjoyed it. The furniture and beds are comfortable, as are the outdoor loungers. I would have preferred t have a private bath for each room, but it turned out to be ok. We would definitely rent this home again.

We really enjoyed this vacation home and had a GREAT time. It`s a short walk to the ocean--very convenient, some open lots next to us provided privacy, and a short walk across the street to Jockey Ridge Park to walk the sand dunes. Everything else we needed--Austin`s Seafood Market, 7-Eleven store were just a couple blocks away and Snow Birds Burgers & Cones was practically in our backyard and the food was delicious. Fantastic fish tacos and ice cream. The house was very clean, spacious with a great open living space with lots of windows and decks on every level. We used the hot tub a lot and the pool too--though it was a bit cool at times and is on the smaller side. After viewing hundreds of houses online, we picked a winner. We would definitely go back to this house again!

Excellent property - well appointed, easy view and walk to the beach. Clean and lovely. I will always use Village Realty as they have been so responsive and helpful with any questions. For example, the grill at the property was old and not working well. I messaged VR and within hours the grill was replaced with a new one!

This was a great beach house, with a wonderful view of the beach, and excellent location. Loved how it was within walking distance to the beach and pier. We had a few small issues, with the grill and the cable going out. As soon as I wrote a maintenance report, within that same day, or next day if I sent the report after 5pm, it was handled the following day. Village Realty was very responsive and accommodating. I`d highly recommend booking through this company. We spent the week celebrating a multiple occasions: our first wedding anniversary, birthday and a nice vacation. The house was clean and spacious. We used the pool and hot tub a good bit; however, the pool was cold at some times and on the smaller side. We would book this house again. Thank you for a great visit!

we stayed here in mid-may. In this house was wonderful. We had nine people, two of them were children under five. We had plenty enough space and the house was really close to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. All the standard amenities were included that you would expect. the pool was a little bit smaller than anticipated, so if you have a lot of people like we did, it would be hard for everybody to swim if they wanted to. However, the hot tub was wonderful as well so half of us wanted to use the hot tub instead of the pool anyways. Village Realty will leave you with a couple of trash bags, but I suggest you bring a few of your own if you are staying for a week. We ran out of trash bags because there were so many of us. there are a lot of stairs in this house, keep that in mind if you`re bringing a small child that you might want to bring a wide baby gate. We love this house though and would definitely think about renting it out again for a future vacation. Village Realty has an app that also made checking in and checking out super easy.

We loved this house. We stayed the week of May 18th. That being said,the ocean and pool are still pretty cold at that time but we swam anyways. The house is really close to the beach. Just about 5 minutes of a walk. When we went, there were 7 adults and 2 children (under 5). And there was plenty of room. The house came with the standard amenities we needed such as coffee pot, blender, pots/pants etc. Keep in mind if there are small children or something that will cause you to go through a lot of trash throughout the week, you will only be provided a couple of extra trash bags. For a group of 9, we used those and needed more. We be prepared. Check in and check out was extremely easy as well. We would recommend this house and think about going again!

Beautiful house and super close to the beach. Absolutely no complaints about the house, however, I inquired about whether the house had baby items and was told it did not, so I lugged my pack n play and high chair the whole way, just to find both things were, in fact, available at the house. We had such a great time and loved this house. Super clean and homey.
