This oceanside duplex in Beacon Villas is part of the Corolla Light community, so you'll have access to premier resort amenities. After a day at the beach or exploring Corolla, come home and gather in the bright and airy great room with an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. The chef in the family will appreciate the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The two primary bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level and both include king beds and ensuite baths. Downstairs, the rec room can serve as an additional living area or kid's hang-out space. Watch movies or play foosball for hours of indoor entertainment. There's even a wet bar with full-size refrigerator for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs.

When you reserve Beachaholic, you can park your vehicle in the carport and leave it there for your entire stay! A community trolley runs throughout the day during Summer, so everyone can pursue their vacation goals without leaving the resort. Take a quick trolley ride over to the oceanfront complex, where your family can spend the entire day with two outdoor pools, easy access to the beach, and food and beverages from the Oceanfront Grille. Shuffleboard, basketball and volleyball courts offer something for everyone. Head over to the soundside complex for a workout in the fitness center or a walk through the nature trails.

I was expected a more premium property but didn't appear to be well maintained or used for while. I was notified in advance that the hot tub was broken, but it looked like it had been that way for years - not sure why it was advertised as having one if it wasn't working to being with. I did receive a $150 discount for this but the entire backyard outdoor space was dirty and not functional. The front deck had plastic furniture and the table had a bees nest under it, rendering it unusable. The dishwasher was not installed into its cabinet so I had to call maintenance to fix it. The master bath shower glass leaked all over the floor and looked like it had been that way for awhile. The chandelier in the main living space has cobwebs all over it. Lastly, there were zero kitchen stock items like salt, pepper, etc. This was the first property I stayed at in 15 years that didn't have a basic stock to it. We bought all that stuff and left some of it behind for others.

Excellent property. Clean, comfortable spaces and beds, close to Corolla village, park and the beach, and every pot and pan needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Hot tub, washing machine and dryer, and abundance of smart tv’s icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

It was so nice having multilevel place with different aged adults. The rental was clean and perfect for us. The central air was amazing and it suited our needs perfectly.

Loved it. Was a 3 story townhouse with great decor and air conditioning. The house was incredibly clean and close to so much- esp with bikes. Easy access and arm bands got us into everything we hoped for .

Great house in Corolla light. Great layout. Only recommendation is an upgraded cable package. Main TV in family room does not connect to the internet.
