Description Description
Osprey Isle is a newly constructed home in the oceanside community of Corolla Shores. The thoughtfully planned layout was specifically designed for family vacations. The open-concept great room on the top-level features vaulted ceilings and practical luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. For effortless indoor/outdoor living, the dining area opens up onto an expansive covered deck overlooking the pool below. The chef in your family will appreciate the kitchen's granite countertops and island overlooking the living area.

After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to the top-level primary bedroom that includes a spacious ensuite bath and private deck. Four additional bedrooms on the mid-level (two of which include ensuite baths) provide plenty of space and privacy for larger groups or multiple families vacationing together. The fifth bedroom is located on the ground level with access to a semi-private bath.

Downstairs, the game room serves as an additional common area and features a shuffleboard table for hours of indoor entertainment. There's also a wet bar with full-size fridge for convenient poolside drinks and snacks. The fun continues outside with an outdoor ping pong table, hot tub and a private pool that can be heated - ideal for Spring and Fall getaways. The carport provides covered parking for two cars, along with a charging station for electric vehicles.

The beach is just a short walk away, with no major roads to cross. Use the beach cart to easily transport all of your gear to the Perch Street beach access, located less than half a mile from the house. Walk or bike using the pedestrian sidewalk that runs from Corolla Shores all the way to Timbuck II Shopping Village. There you'll find a variety of boutique shopping, restaurants, ice cream and fun activities for the entire family including mini-golf and bumper cars. For a step back in time, head north towards the historic Whalehead Club and Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Osprey Isle is centrally located in Corolla, so you won't be too far from anything and everything your family wants to experience during your stay.

We loved our stay at this home! The house was beautiful and not too far of a walk to the beach. Everything was as pictured and it was fully stocked with most things that we needed. The pool was super clean and heated just right. Our only small complaint was the house could have been cleaned a little bit better - a couple of our linens had dirty spots on them, some areas were dusty and the outside cushions by the pool were dirty and worn but other than that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The house was beautiful and the location was great. It was well stocked with everything you would need and more. My main issue occurred during the booking process. Immediately after booking, I was not able to change the dates. There was no flexibility. So make sure the dates you book are definite and finite. One minor detail - the outdoor patio furniture cushion covers needed washing. And more towels are needed per guest as you only get one set of towels for each person. We stayed 5 days, I think an extra bath set per person should have been allowed for the length of time we stayed. Besides that it was a great house, my family and I really enjoyed the stay and the area.

Beautiful place to stay!!! We’d love to stay here again in the future. Kitchen has everything you need, pool is beautiful and clean (pool guy came once while we were there), enough space for everyone. Outdoor Bluetooth speakers on all levels was an awesome touch. We loved our stay and hope we can be here again!

Amazing stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and very well kept. Supermarkets and some restaurants are within a short driving distance, but definitely not walkable. This property exceeded my expectations. Any questions that arose were addressed immediately. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Corolla and would definitely book again.

All twelve of us absolutely loved the house and its location to the ocean! The 0.4 mile boardwalk was perfect especially for our youngest members to ride their scooters to and from the ocean. The layout of the house was perfect with accommodating everyone, beds comfortable, rooms and bathrooms clean- the perfect cozy beach house located in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. Thank you for making our first OBX vacation full of memories and no doubt a yearly tradition!

This is a lovely home with well thought out spaces inside and out and plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen has absolute everything you need to cook and bake including plenty of utensils and appliances. It was very nice to have beach chairs and toys plus a cart to take everything on the short to the beach. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here.

Home was beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen utensil and appliance you would need to cook any meal. We visited during the offseason so not much was open during our stay but we were prepared to stay in and enjoy the space so everything was perfect!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and modern! Sheets and towels were provided. All we needed to bring were beach towels, which was very helpful. It did rain most of the week during our vacation, so we spent a lot of time at the house. It was very comfortable and spacious for a large family like ours. The yard is perfect for relaxing - pool, hot tub, lounges, ping pong, BBQ, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook instead of having to order out every night. It is just a few blocks away from the beach, and the walk is very pleasant with an enjoyable beach path. We loved staying here! We cooked, played games, watched movies in the beautiful, open-concept living room or downstairs in the game room, relaxed in the very comfortable bedrooms, and enjoyed sitting on the deck - which most rooms have. This is a must-stay!
