Our family was very pleased with the place -- we all had our own space and were very impressed with how well the house has been kept - particularly with it being dog friendly! The pool was also fun and clean, and someone came mid-week to clean it, too. The dog run was perfect for our doggo - he had fun going from laying in the sun next to the pool to taking care of business in the run :)

This house met all of our needs. It even has a nursery, complete with a crib, changing table, etc. That is an awesome perk for families with babies and toddlers. The pool also has a “baby pool” at one end, perfect for our needs. Garage is full of beach chairs, floats for the pool, bikes and assorted beach toys plus a beach cart. This was our second year staying at All About the View and we will definitely return.

The house was perfect, as was the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. The shaded pool area and shallow section of the pool allowed everyone to enjoy the space together. Everyone we spoke with at Village Realty was friendly and helpful, as always!

All About the View was a 5 star rental. The sunsets were amazing and the house was spacious with private decks in all four master suits. The kids loved the bunk beds and we all enjoyed the new pool and cabana which served as a gathering place and shelter from the sun. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of space for our large family reunion. We liked the close access to the south gate and Harris Teeter supermarket. From the main deck we watched ospreys soaring overhead and perched in a nearby tree. The house was nicely furnished and clean throughout. The family spent days at the beach under rented umbrellas. Then it was a quick outside shower and some pool time followed by a happy hour at the cabana. We never wanted our vacation to end! We highly recommend All About the View for an unforgettable get away vacation.

Overall we loved the house. It was beautiful and perfect for our family. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated and did not get fixed until Thursday. The heated pool was one of the reasons we chose this house. This left only one day to enjoy time in the pool because the days were cooler during our stay. The left dishwasher was not working. We tried it twice. Did not clean. Also the gate leading out to the pool from the basement was difficult to latch. The gate on the back porch needs maintenance and had exposed nails.

We have been staying in the Currituck Club for close to 10 yrs now for our annual vacations . This house is definitely one of the top 3 that we have rented. It was very clean and well stocked. I loved the 3-season room and the fact that the pool was heated was definitely a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the dog area was great for our 4-legged kids. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings drinking our coffee and in the evenings enjoying a glass of wine watching the sun set. It would have been nice to have access to a pantry in the kitchen to keep our stuff in instead of keeping it on the kitchen counter. Also, this is the first house that I stayed in that didn`t have any books to read. Other than those 2 issues, we had a wonderful time and made great memories at All About the View.

All about the view is a perfect family retreat. We stayed with four families, there was plenty of space for all the parents and kids. The kids spent every day in the pool, which was clean and the perfect temperature. The pool was perfectly designed for young swimmers and adults that wanted to cool off. It has this perfect seat/ledge around the boarder, great for spending hours relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need, times two! Two dish washers, two sinks, plenty of cups, dishes etc. The appliances are new and the work great. Downstairs there is a second fridge and wet bar, perfect for margaritas by the pool. We especially liked the personal balcony off our room. We would sit out there in the morning and do a crossword watching the day rise. The kids would have ice cream on the large balcony each night. Then we all cuddled up on the couch to watch movies at night. Other perks: the elevator made hauling luggage upstairs a breeze, it’s SOOOOO close to the beach access (we rode bikes there every day), Harris Teeter is right outside the community, felt very safe on the cul-de-sac (kids could ride around on their bikes), outdoor shower(!!!!), hot tub with sunset views, each bedroom is far enough away that you don’t hear anyone else, dog run, trolley stop is steps from the door. We had such an amazing visit. This has been a tough year for everyone, but to have this special time with family was priceless. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks All About the Vieiw!

This place is seriously all about the view, but it has much more than that! Loved the layout and it was very well maintained. The location was awesome and there’s a big park just a short bike ride down the road where we took our son. All the amenities were fantastic and there was always something to do without even leaving the community. The grocery store and at least 2 great restaurants were right outside the gate. Got some great family pictures on the balcony at sunset! Highly recommend!!

All About the View is a lovely family-centric home with a great location! It has 4 master bedrooms each on its own `level` so there is tons of privacy. Two nice bunk rooms too for kids. One of the masters has a nursery attached with a changing table, crib, dresser and room darkening shades!!! The kitchen is well stocked, furniture is clean (a lot of it is new) and you can tell this home is well taken care of. Our favorite part is its location; the views really are amazing (especially at sunset) and it is on a quiet cul-de-sac on the south side of the Currituck Club. You have super easy access to the private beach and tons of sidewalks for bike riding! It is close to Harris Teeter, which is a huge bonus!! We have been enjoying the Outer Banks for almost 25 years and wish we had discovered the Currituck Club sooner. There are so many amenities included with your rental.
