Ground Level: This floor features a very large rec room with a Ping-Pong table, wet bar with bar fridge, big-screen TV, stereo and a semi-private main bedroom with a king bed. The pool and hot tub are accessible from the rec room.

Mid Level: You will find two lovely main bedrooms with king beds on this floor, in addition to a room with twin beds that shares a bath with a bedroom that features two twin-over-double bunk beds. All rooms on this floor have deck access.

Top Level: This floor features a great room with a TV, stereo, kitchen, living and dining areas, powder room, and a main bedroom with a king bed King and a private deck.

Amenities: Private unheated Pool, hot tub, WiFi, eight TVs, two DVD players, two stereos, two dishwashers, wet bar with a full-size fridge, high chair, Ping-Pong table, horseshoes set, and a private gas grill. Beach access is 400 yards.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
