Just a short drive away, you can explore Jockey’s Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Memorial, H2OBX Waterpark, the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary, or historic Corolla’s legendary wild horses.

At home, take in the views from one of two decks or relax in the shade of the ground-floor patio. Vibrant colors and inviting coastal decor fill the home, setting the tone for your stay. The spacious, four-bedroom layout makes it perfect for friends and family getaways. In-home essentials include central air conditioning, WiFi, outdoor shower, and a private washer/dryer.
The full kitchen comes complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, to help you breeze through at-home meals. There's a breakfast bar with seating for two and the adjacent dining table seats up to six. When you've had your fill of sun for the day, the living room is a great place to unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV (cable is available through a streaming app).

Head out to the deck for prime sunset viewing over the sound. Take the party downstairs to the ground-floor patio to fire up the grill for al fresco dining at the six-seater picnic bench and enjoy after-dinner drinks in the surrounding deck chairs. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off salt and sand on return trips from the beach.

The main floor primary bedroom features en suite access to a shared bathroom. Three bedrooms can be found downstairs. A kid-friendly bunk room comes equipped with a seating area and a flatscreen TV. The other guest room includes armchair seating and private access to a shared deck. The third bedroom serves as the primary suite for this floor, complete with an attached bathroom, armchair seating, a desk, smart TV, and private deck access. Another full bathroom is shared between the other two guest rooms.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
