Just off the living area you'll find a queen bedroom with a fully remodeled semi-private bath. Three more bedrooms are located together on the mid-level, including the queen ensuite with deck access for waking up to a coastal breeze. The ground level is dedicated to indoor entertainment, featuring a rec room furnished with a pool table and arcade game. It includes a full-size fridge for convenient drinks and snacks and direct access to the pool area. A fully fenced-in backyard is perfect for kids and yard games.

Centrally located at Milepost 10 in the sought-after Gallery Row district of Nags Head, GR2206 is within walking and biking distance to a variety of shopping, dining, activities and local art galleries. Red Drum Grill & Taphouse is just a one-minute walk away and is a local's favorite for lunch, dinner, and happy hour.

House was great for a small family. Close to beach access. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for cooking all 3 meals. Hot water worked great in showers. Lots of games, puzzles, and pool supplies for kids and adults. House was fairly cleaned upon arrival. The carpets need replacing. The door on 3rd level facing towards ocean needs to be fixed, you have to slam it so hard to get it to shut. The vacuums need replacing. They smell horrible and do not vacuum up a single piece of anything. The ac works great. Parking for 6 cars with some effort. Pool was great. They do however need to replace pool shade and add furniture that actually still have the pads instead of sitting on hard plastic and wood. That was disappointing. Hot tub worked great. Please replace the carpets as we can still see lots of areas where animals have been. The smell is about the same. We think a dog must have urinated in upstairs bedroom. TV in upstairs living room worked great with lots of options. No tv in upstairs bedroom. Very outdated furniture in all rooms. Living room couch was nice but very dirty. The grill worked great except the last renter left hamburger on a pan from house which ended up against ac unit. Very gross. The grill was left on for days as we figured that out when we tried to use it 2 days after arriving. The quickly replaced the propane for us before the storm arrived. The pool room had a nice video game. Pool table was okay. It needs replacing. You can manage to play on it but beware as the table is a bit off. The pool room has a nice fridge and half bath. This house is great for small families with convenient access to stores and restaurants. I would def stay here again if certain issues were addressed. Village Reality is a great company to deal with. The house changed hands after we booked. Misty was very helpful to us. I will definitely go thru them again for my next outer banks vaca. Thank you state of mind and Village Realty

We go to the outer banks every year, this home was in the best location for price! It was walking distance from the beach, with a pool and hot tub, 3 minutes from Singlefin, our favorite restaurant, and the majority of activities and other great restaurants. Your really in the middle of everything!

Very receptive management company. I had one issue (the hot tub did not work during our stay), for which they compensated me. But they were very communicative and helpful. Very clean and clutter-free. Walkable to some of our favorite local spots. Across the street from a beach access. Overall, this was a wonderful house and I'd love to return with my family!
