The Colington Harbor Community Outdoor Pool is located at 1000 Colington Dr., Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. Wristbands for pool access are available for purchase at the pool facility from 11 am to 7 pm. A maximum of eight guests are welcome. Pool association website- https://www.chyrc.org/wordpress/ Community pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability is subject to change at discretion of HOA.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The place looked better in person than in the photos! It’s a huge place and in a great location. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms and they sent someone out the same day to fix it.- Reviewed On: 5/4/2026

Pelican CH50 is a gorgeous and clean place feel very homey in a relaxing sound atmosphere. Would consider renting future beach front property for our next OBX trip.- Reviewed On: 4/8/2026

Pelican home was cute and clean and is close to the sound. Collington Harbour soundpark is a 7 min drive. The park has a playground, picnic table and tennis court. It was very quiet and peaceful. A few minor maintenance issues, however, maintenance responses were quick. Would consider renting from Village Realty again for future OBX trips.- Reviewed On: 4/6/2026

Beautiful home with beautiful view off living room and some bedrooms and decks, very quite and peaceful. Only suggestion is take your own coffee only a Keurig there one cup at a time not good for 4 or more people- Reviewed On: 4/6/2025
