CC284: Serendipity

Serendipity is a luxurious, brand-new construction situated on a quiet street in the prestigious Currituck Club golf community. This custom-built home offers guests almost 3,000 square feet of indoor living space, including a rec room and game room. Three levels of outdoor areas are equally impressive and thoughtfully designed with stylish furnishings, including the backyard oasis with private saltwater pool and hot tub. Three of the five bedrooms are king ensuites for plenty of privacy, ideal for multiple or extended families. 

After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the open-concept living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a cozy gas fireplace. The great room leads out to an expansive covered deck that overlooks the pool and is furnished with a counter-height dining table surrounded by armless dining chairs for eight guests. Back inside, the chef in the family will appreciate the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and large island with bar seating. Just off the living area, you'll find the primary king suite that features deck access and a private bath with double vanity.

The mid-level consists of four more bedrooms, all of which offer deck access. In addition to two king ensuites, there's also a fourth king bedroom, bunk bedroom, full hall bath, and laundry area. Downstairs, the ground level rec room includes a billiard table and stylish, high-end sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping options for guests. The rec room also features a convenient kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. For more indoor entertainment options, the garage has been converted into a game room with ping pong table.

Step outside to the enclosed backyard, where you can take a dip in the saltwater pool or a soak in the hot tub while listening to your favorite music play on the outdoor speakers. A poolside outdoor dining area includes a table with eight matching armless chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. Relaxation is ensured with eight soft chaise lounge chairs and four side tables placed conveniently nearby. To the right of the hot tub, a charming surfboard-shaped table with six stools adds a fun and eclectic touch to the outdoor ambiance. 

During your stay, everyone in your group can take advantage of all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers including outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center. In the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones.
