Imagine sitting on the deck with a drink in hand enjoying the peaceful views of a magnificent sunset with family and friends, even catching a glimpse of deer by the calm sound waters. 'Isle of Skye' has been thoughtfully appointed and furnished for guests' comfort. Think of the amenities that would be at the top of your vacation "wish list" and then check out what this soundfront retreat has to offer. The expansive 14' x 32' private pool can be heated during certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. The hot tub seats 4-6 and is located on the pool patio deck.

A nice feature of this home is the great room and kitchen being on the first floor only steps away from the pool, making it easy to keep the little ones fed and outside playing! Inside, there is something for everyone including a game room with pool table, poker table, TV Home Theater System with Surround Sound, and four recliners for movie viewing, a bar with refrigerator, wine cooler and a microwave. In the great room there is a TV Home Theater System with Bose speaker. WiFi range is great with three routers in the home. Guests with electric vehicles can use the 240V 50W EV plug in the garage (outlet only - please bring your own charging cables/system).

Located in the popular and private Currituck Club, a gated community on the northern Outer Banks. The owners are members of the club which means you get reduced green fees and priority tee times at the Rees Jones-designed golf course.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Stayed at the Isle of Skye the week of May 3, 2026. Brought my grandchildren and they had a ball and loved the hot tub! The swimming pool with a basketball hoop was a big hit. They also really liked the game room with the pool table! The kitchen is so stocked! I was never in a rental house that had so many dishes, pots & pans. Amazing home! It rests on private golf course community with grocery store, entertainment, hardware, dining, shopping all incredibly close by. Also close to public beach access. This home has incredible sunset views, whether you are perched up in the awesome captain chairs on the deck with a drink in hand, on the deck swing, in the pool, or in the hot tub spa, this home is incredible with fabulous sunset views. The layout of this home is truly magnificent and unique, with six bedrooms, six baths, a well-stocked kitchen with two dishwashers and game/movie room- this house has it all! I stayed with friends the week of September 13, 2026. Clean home with all the amenities, I'd give this home five stars and will stay here again. - Jeff Alan

Amazing property with gorgeous views! Spacious and open layout. One kink happened upon arrival when the house was not ready when we arrived at 4:30pm on our check-in day and it took an extra hour and a half before the house the cleaned.

We want to express our appreciation to the Isle of Skye homeowner and Village Realty for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. This home has it all - it`s well-furnished and comfortable. The pool is great and we spent many hours in the entertainment room playing pool, chess, and watching TV when we were not on the beach or exploring the countless shopping opportunities nearby. We also made good use of the beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and chairs in the garage to visit various beaches. Driving on the beach with our four wheel drive was great fun! Of course, no vacation is complete without some outdoor grilling and again, the house was well equipped. I was most impressed with Village Realty`s quick response on some very minor maintenance issues. While on the phone I happened to mention that some spots on the carpet could be cleaned but otherwise the house was very clean. I didn`t expect them to respond right away since I considered it another minor issue, but they sent out a commercial carpet cleaning company the next day to clean the traffic areas in the whole house! This responsiveness and attentiveness is what really sets Village Realty apart!
