From the private pool to the screened porch, this home is loaded with extras to keep you entertained during your beach vacation. WiFi is available for the occasional work related task, but the outdoor recreation areas will keep you coming back to Whalehead Beach year after year for some R&R!

Ground Level: This level sports the rec room including a pool table, foosball table, TV/DVD, CD/Stereo, and kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. You'll also find a bedroom with a TV that shares a full bath with the rec room. Step outside, and you can take a dip in your own private pool.

Mid Level: Here you will find 2 King main bedrooms, each with a TV. There is also a room that offers 2 Double beds, a TV, and a shared bath with another room sporting a DuoBunk and Trundle, and a TV.

Top Level: The top level features the great room that offers a TV/DVD, CD/Stereo, and a gas fireplace. Just off the great room is the kitchen and dining area. The dining area seats 10, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. Step up a bit and enjoy the ship's watch, or step outside to the large screened porch, the perfect place for those family seafood feasts! Rounding out this level is a half bath off the great room, a lovely King main bedroom, and a rooftop crow's nest deck for taking in the views!

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This was our third year at this home, so that speaks for itself. Three Master King suites plus a master queen and two additional bedrooms was perfect for us. Beds are very comfortable. We love the open concept on the top floor with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. A few steps up to the lookout for relaxing and reading. Shaded picnic table by the large pool. Hot tub is awesome, and located conveniently for stargazing at night. Add to all that, a short easy walk to the beach. There’s nothing this house is missing. It checks all the boxes.

This is probably the nicest beach house we've stayed in. The home is bright and airy. It is definitely the best stocked kitchen we've ever had. The outside spaces (decks and pool) were just as welcoming as the inside. It's an easy five minute walk to the beach. We were a group of 10 and everyone had plenty of space. in their own room and gathering at the table or where ever. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job and there were nice items to help us start our week (soap, paper towels, t.p.). Great beach rental!
