You’re also close to an array of shopping and dining options as well as the ocean! A nearby boat launch offers added convenience for fishing and boating adventures. When you’re not at the beach or exploring the open waters, enjoy a soak in your own private hot tub or a swim in an outdoor swimming pool at the community clubhouse (available for a nominal fee).

Take in the serene views while sipping morning coffee on the elevated deck, furnished with a gas grill and patio table that is great for alfresco dining. Inside, you’ll find two separate living rooms and kitchens - perfect for a large group or families traveling together. Natural light pours into the Great Room, detailed with vaulted wood-beam ceilings and multiple seating areas. Create crowd-pleasing recipes in two well-equipped kitchens, then serve special meals at the adjacent dining tables. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the arcade game and foosball table in the lower-level living room. A washer/dryer and outdoor shower add convenience during your stay.

The fireplaces are not operational.
An extra sofa bed in one bedroom provides an extra sleeping space.
Guests must travel by car to reach this home.
The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Nice home in a great location right across the street from the sound, playground, and community pool. Very nice having dinner on the deck with sunset views. Guest service was great with addressing hot tub cleanliness concern we had upon arrival. House has a lot of space and room to accommodate multiple families. Make sure you bring spices for cooking that you might need.

This home is definitely large enough to sleep a couple families. At least 5 downstairs and 4 or 5 more upstairs. It’s also a quick bike to the beach (would be a long walk). My son loved playing the arcade and we all enjoyed relaxing in the spa in the evening and Coffee in the deck in the morning. Also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Suggest bringing beach towels and spices if you want to cook. May also need to get your own cleaning supplies for the kitchen. You have access to the grill and beach chairs, which was awesome. We would absolutely rent this place again!

This home has great space and great views of the sound. Neighborhood is quiet. Thai house is located just across from the community pool, volleyball court, basketball, dock to fish from as well as picnic tables and benches.

Our family of 8 stayed here (+4 more in Sunshine Days just 1 house away). Great lower level area for eating/gathering. Plenty of seating on both levels. Each room has its own mini-split system & ceiling fan, which is awesome for climate control, as each person has different preferences. TVs in every room, but some controls/remotes operated differently. Hot tub clean & in good working order (though the controls are a bit confusing). Clean & well maintained. Washer & dryer worked well. Access to beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas available but we didn't get a change to use them. Views of the sound & sunsets were great. Access to the neighborhood pool is an option as well. Would definitely stay again!
