There's even a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the off-season. When you're not dining out at one of the fabulous nearby restaurants, cook meals at home in the fully stocked kitchen. The island provides plenty of prep space and includes bar seating for three. The mid-level consists of three bedrooms, including the king primary with ensuite bath. Two additional queen bedrooms on this floor share a Jack-and-Jill bath, and a second ensuite downstairs is perfect for guests seeking additional privacy. Sidewalks and nearby pedestrian crosswalks make it easy to explore the area on foot or by bike. Within a half mile radius you'll find Avalon Fishing Pier, the Front Porch Cafe, Wawa, Target, a movie theater and dining options including Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar and Chili Peppers Coastal Grill.

CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
