The Village at Nags Head offers ocean to sound accommodations and amenities for every taste. Homes on the sound side are clustered in different villages throughout the Nags Head Golf Links, offering wonderful views of the sound and the many ponds with abundant wildlife. Some feature private pools, even elevators, while others are modest golf villas, perfect for that spur of the moment weekend trip. Many homes offer reduced greens fees and priority tee times. Two sound accesses provide piers for crabbing or fishing and a boat launch.

The oceanside of the Village features the Village Beach Club, with its large junior Olympic sized pool, plus a kiddie pool, snack bar and bath house. Many homes offer this amenity, on both the oceanside and soundside, so be sure to check! Most oceanside homes are single family, but there are a few duplexes, including Sea Pointe on the oceanfront.

All guests of the Village at Nags Head can use the community access and bath house at milepost 14. Village Realty provides a shuttle service for all of our Village at Nags Head guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The shuttle service is free of charge and operates on a “per call” basis, they will pick you up at your door and drop you off at your desired location within the Village at Nags Head. When it’s time to go home, just give them a call! Sorry, no pets allowed. Please bring a car seat or booster for any children required by NC law to have one.
