Fix your favorite meals on the grill and then dine at the picnic tables located by the pool or upper level sun deck.

Entertainment is offered in the rec room with a foosball table, wet bar with mini-fridge and microwave, TV and WiFi.

A great room with fireplace, dining area for 8, and fully stocked kitchen will satisfy the needs of any chef. Kitchen has bar seating for 6 gives everyone room to spread out.

Enjoy the convenience of the new Corolla walkway which connects Ocean Sands to the Timbuck II and Monteray Plaza shopping centers where you can enjoy restaurants, grocery stores, shops and activities. You can follow the community path to the beach. Also provided to assist in your trip to the beach is a Roleez cart, pack the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, toys, rafts and all with ease. Go enjoy the sun and surf! Parking for 3-4 cars in Driveway.

"We loved our stay! The home is beautifully updated and clean. Keyless entry is so convenient and makes it easy for everyone to come and go. The pathway to the beach is an easy one to follow. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and super relaxing. We would certainly book this house again!"

"The house was very well kept and the layout was perfect for our group - 8 adults, 5 kids and an infant. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy the features of the house. The pool and hot tub were great and the owners did a great job of leaving notes and instructions for everything in the home. The only nit pick I would have is that there was only one trash bin for the house and the trash was picked up mid week. For a house that sleeps 13-14, we filled the trash bin up in one day. We noticed neighbors with 4-5 bins."
