"Village Realty was wonderful with a seamless check in and check out. We stayed at Banks For The Memories 669 High Sand Dune Court in Corolla . The house was beautiful and very clean! The pool was very clean as well. Views were beautiful. And the neighborhood was beautiful as well as well. We did not use the propane grill as the location was outside of the fence and not convenient. The only thing was the previous renters had Broken three of the blinds on three of the doors leading out to the porches and the pool as well as two broken chairs . We realized this could not have been fixed before our stay. Also Housekeeping did not finish till almost 6:00 p.m. a little disappointing but we realize things happen . We put our groceries in the fridge and just hung out at the pool until they left. We were just so happy that the house was so clean! A terrific and wonderful place to stay for sure!"

"This is the second year we stayed at this home and it was even better than the 1st time. The house is spacious and the cleanliness is top notch. The pool and hot tub are a great way to enjoy the summer sun without getting all sandy. The rooms are comfortable, with soft beds and tasteful furniture. Temperature is consistent and all of the appliances worked well. They even have automated blinds this year for added privacy! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The grocery store is right at the end of the neighborhood, as well as pick up for one of the Wild Horses tours and ice cream - you can golf cart there! Access to the beach is super easy - 1 beach you can golf cart to. The other is a short drive down the road and has an awesome pool. While we were there we ate in Duck, paddle boarded in the sound, got beers at the Corolla Beer Garden, and walked the Historic Corolla Village. The management company was quick to reply if we needed anything. Check in and check out was smooth. The week will fly by and you'll be itching to book next year's visit!"

"A nice stay! The check in and check out was extremely easy. I purchased the early check in, so that allowed almost an extra day for the family. The house itself and pool was clean. The patio furniture and beach gear could have used some updating, but that is about it. I would highly recommend Village Realty for your next vacation to the outer banks!"

"We stayed in Corolla at MB23 Birdie. It was a beautiful property and was exactly as described. The views of the sound at sunset were spectacular. We watched birds, otters and turtles from the deck. The house was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped. Village Reality was very easy to deal with and provided all the info we needed by text and their guest portal. We would definitely use VR again and stay at this property!"

"We had a great experience renting a house in Buck Island in Corolla at the NC Outer Banks through Village Realty. We liked the website with the floor plans for different properties to narrow down the house we wanted. The reservation process was easy to navigate and payments were simple to make. When we arrived for our stay we already had the gate and house codes in hand. Village Realty also quickly responded to the few issues we had and the couple of minor repairs that were required. We will go through them again for our next visit to the Outer Banks."
