"We used Village Realty few weeks back to rent JR369: Point Of Views. House was large, comfortable, well-appointed, clean and had great views of the water and sky from the 3rd fl. main deck. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings sitting on the lounge chairs looking out to the ocean and night sky. House was located across from Jockey's Ridge State Park and south of busy Nags Head strip, but close enough to great food and entertainment when needed. Kitchen was fully equipped which allowed us to prepare some great meals. Pool and hot tub were both in great condition and used often!. Would certainly look at this home again in future or other Village Realty rentals!"

"The Second Wind condo at The Quay was clean and roomy, and the beach is just feet away. We liked that the linens were clean and wrapped, along with the bedspreads. The kitchen had everything one would want and was very organized. The bike paths run along the coast and the piers and restaurants are numerous in this area! Village Realty made it very easy to rent and we will use them again."

"We had a wonderful time at summer love. This is our second time staying here. Love the feel and decor of the house. Beach casual is welcoming and comfy. Also, the elevator is a godsend. My parents are older and my father is really sick. This helps them so much getting around. He was able to relax and look out at the beautiful scenery. ( There is definitely a healing quality being near the water.) And I love the fact that I can put all the luggage and stuff in the elevator to take to each floor. Another plus, is that I can that I can bring my fur babies. I don't have children so my dogs are my children. It is nice that they are able to be with the family and not have to be boarded. Georgie and Hadley had a great time. We even celebrated Halloween in style. They wore their Halloween costumes when we went walking throughout the neighborhood. I had no idea so many deer were around but the girls sure did. A giant buck came walking thru the backyard. It was cool to see. Can't wait until next year. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. "When we arrived, we had immediate issues with the door codes. Village Realty was exceptionally responsive in helping us real time to try a secondary code, and then in sending out a service person. They were able to replace batteries and gaskets with the door lock within an hour of us arriving. The house was a little dustier than normal though I would not consider the house dirty. Our house is in a beautiful location and this is our third year staying there."
