"Z’s escape was a newly constructed cottage that was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Normally we have to go behind the cleaning company when we stay in a cottage, but in this one we did not! We will definitely rent this one again. It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds and furniture!"

Booking was easy and they provided a lot of useful information frequently leading up to the day of our stay. "We stayed at Fairways and Sunsets. The house was beautiful and spotless! Trolley rides to the beach and all day boogie boarding were exceptional. Beds comfy and the views were amazing. We saw turtles and tree frogs and lots of wildlife on the fairway. Everything you need is really close by but, at the same time, the home feels very private. Loved the decks and chairs and pool and hot tub and just everything! I'd give everything 10 stars if I could!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at one of the condos on Windswept Ridge! Gorgeous views from our third floor porch. Spacious and clean inside. The beach trolleys are so convenient, as well as having the grocery store (Harris Teeter) right around the corner. We had a number to text reply to should we have any needs or issues. All the info we needed for gate codes and door codes were easy to look up in the guest portal once we knew where to look. I have recently stayed in Airbnbs. They often go over and above providing all the paper products, soap, coffee, spices, basic cooking supplies, extra toiletries you might want/need on your stay. With our rental, the policy was to only have “just enough to get you started” when it comes to trash bags, toilet paper, etc. No extras are included with the rental. We would definitely come here again!"

"Perfect beach get away! Right at the beach and even personal outdoor showers for cleaning off after a fun day. Perfect for having little kids because you can go to the beach in the morning, back home for lunch and nap and then back to the beach in the afternoon!"

"We stayed at Sandy Cheeks in Kitty Hawk and it was amazing. Communication was great through Village reality. My family loves the Sandy Cheeks beach house. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining room. Kitchen was very well stocked from dishes to drink ware, to appliances and silverware. Large stove and double ovens. Bed rooms were nice with large closets and nice bathrooms attached! We loved the pool and hot tub as well. Would stay here again!"

"We stayed at Seafinn in Nags Head. The townhouse was great and had everything you needed. This is the second time we have rented with Village Realty, and they are great to work with. Our a/c was not working when we arrived, and it was fixed by that night. Amazing customer service too!!!"
