Sandy Feet Retreat is a newly renovated home in the sound side Ridges community of the Village at Nags Head. Guests will enjoy views of the Nags Head Golf Links golf course, stunning sunsets and even a glimpse of the Albemarle Sound. The tastefully furnished interior, neutral colors and coastal-inspired décor will make you say "Ahhh..." as soon as you walk in the door. Vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light give the living room a bright and airy feel. Stylish and beach-friendly LVP flooring runs throughout the common areas, and a large deck off the great room is perfect for sunbathing. After a day at the beach or exploring Nags Head, come home and curl up on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace. When you're not dining out at one of Nags Head's fabulous restaurants, prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. At the end of the night, retreat to the luxurious primary suite with custom tiled shower. Three more bedrooms and a third full bath are located upstairs, providing plenty of space for family and friends.

Guests at Sandy Feet Retreat will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, tennis courts, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

The golfers in your group can take advantage of exclusive discounts at the Nags Head Golf Links, a challenging Scottish course named "among the most beautiful in the Eastern US" by Golf Digest.

Situated at milepost 14 in Nags Head, R28 is only half a mile to the beach. Take a ten-minute walk or four-minute bike ride to the Epstein public access (there's also plenty of free parking). Just a mile south in the opposite direction you'll find the Outer Banks Mall which includes grocery stores, home décor and boutique shopping, plus a variety of dining and take-out options. Bring your kayaks or standup paddleboards and launch them at the nearby sound access for a fun day on the water.
