Lucky 12 Tavern is Located at Mile Post 12, on the Beach Road in Nags Head, North Carolina. Open daily at 11:30 a.m. 7 days a week. We serve Dinner until 9:00 p.m. weeknights and 9:30 p.m. on the weekends. Pizza is served all day and night until 2:00 a.m. This is the place to watch sports in Nags Head. 20 TVs for sporting events including TVs on our outdoor patio.
