"Just a couple of concerns about the house ...... the ceiling fan in the room was really wobbly it had a broken glass cover on one of the light bulbs that I thought might come off if we would have left it on, also the sliding door on the living room balcony would not lock .... I think it was broken and also the bench seats on the living room balcony were unsafe to sit on .... if you sat back on them it seemed like they would break and someone would have been hurt really bad ... it's definitely not safe for especially small children... some of the boards were broken and a child could go right through them …… village realty was a great way to book this vacation I will book through them next time"

"We had a great stay at Beachology. The house was clean and perfectly sized for a group of 5 adults! All of the furniture was comfortable, which is really had to find in a vacation rental. Being dog friendly really made it even better. Village Realty was easy to work with and we'd stay here again. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that it would be great if there were an umbrella for the deck table and chairs. Given that it's in the direct sunlight, it was impossible to sit out there in the middle of the day. Also, the coffee maker could use a good cleaning because there is a scale buildup. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!"

"House was great! Not too far from the beach. The beach was a little busy but empty by the best time, evening. House felt clean and in good shape. Lots of room. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the extra dining space to accommodate our whole group!! Over all it was a great stay."

"The house was great for our needs but needed quite a bit of maintenance. Could have been because it was the end of season. Village reality was good to deal with. We did have a problem with the dishwasher not having been installed properly and it took several days before maintenance got to it. Otherwise great vacation and would deal with Village Realty again!"

"When we arrived, we had immediate issues with the door codes. Village Realty was exceptionally responsive in helping us real time to try a secondary code, and then in sending out a service person. They were able to replace batteries and gaskets with the door lock within an hour of us arriving. The house was a little dustier than normal though I would not consider the house dirty. Our house is in a beautiful location and this is our third year staying there."

"The Dragonfly met all of our vacation expectations! With its excellent location to the beach, ice cream shops and grocery stores, we enjoyed walking and biking to many destinations. Highlights from this house were breathtaking morning sunrises, the wonderful saltwater pool and relaxing hot tub. The floor plan was spacious. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortably accommodated our party of 8. We enjoyed the game room with pool table each evening for some fun family competition. Lastly, we brought our small dog, so the house being pet friendly was the icing on the cake for us! Beach Memories were definitely made in the Dragonfly."

"The house was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room for everyone to stay and have a great time. The elevator was truly a god send as my father was in a wheel chair and it worked perfectly. The only problem was that the video game on the first floor did not work. We were looking forward to playing as a family. Maybe the home owner can get it fixed and working for our next visit.
