Located in The Village at Nags Head where you can leisurely stroll or walk through quiet neighborhoods or take advantage of the sound side access and catch some awesome sunsets.
Grocery shopping is close with a Food Lion and Fresh Market, local restaurants and local shops you will want to browse in.
Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Beautiful cottage with everything we needed- coffee maker, kitchen utensils. The beach supplies were the best we have seen in a rental and we’ve been coming for over 20 years. Village Realty provided excellent service and the cottage was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. We always have rented with Village Realty and will continue to do so!- Posted: 6/1/2024
