Outside, take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. There's also a pickleball court in the driveway with paddles and a portable net.
Getting to the beach is hassle-free using the 4th Avenue beach access less than 125 feet from the house. Load up the beach cart to easily transport all of your gear, toys and snacks. Serenity Shores is a member of the Southern Shores Civic Association, which provides exclusive parking privileges at the nearby Hillcrest Drive beach access (two parking passes provided). The association's soundside park is the perfect place for kids and dogs to get some outdoor playtime. Launch your kayaks and SUP's and explore the marsh and abundant wildlife in the Currituck Sound. Other park amenities include a tennis court, playground and boat ramp.
