Beautifully updated cottage in a very walkable neighborhood! Kitchen was fairly well equipped but lacked dry measuring cups, adequate coffee mugs, snd and a corkscrew. Thank you for alleviating that, Village Realty! Would have liked more seating in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedroom. For the price, though, this was perfect for our family.

The cottage was prestine. Nice Quiet neighborhood. i loved the porch and chairs. The name "Hello Sunshine" is perfect, the sun comes up shining brightly on the porch for a great place for coffee and a book. :)

House was fabulous, clean, beautiful and comfortable, close to the beach. Code to get in was wrong and no WiFi password was given. The WiFi took a few days to resolve. Not a deal breaker but an easy fix. Would stay again for sure!
