Holiday House will be the place to have your holiday vacation at! The top-level great room is spacious with plenty of room for gathering for movies, dinner, and family time. A private hot tub offers relaxation after your busy day at the beach or community pool. Modern, comfortable furnishings set a tone of relaxation which immediately makes you feel at home. Holiday House is located in the soundside community of Monteray Shores, which features two community piers for fishing and crabbing (license required in NC), biking and walking trails, a clubhouse with fitness center, pool, basketball and tennis courts, and seasonal activities - plus, you're just north of the Timbuck II shopping center, with boutiques, dining options, grocery stores, and more. A short drive takes you to the Currituck Lighthouse and historic Whalehead Club, and guests can drive to beachfront parking and enjoy a leisurely stroll to the ocean.

We stayed at Holiday and it was just as advertised. Very clean and in a good location. Easy to check in and loved that towels and linens were provided and we didn’t even have to strip beds when we left.
Village Realty made things very easy and we had no problems or issues during our stay.

The house was clean and spacious.I always worry about the function of washer and AC but they were perfect.Beach access is convenient and the house is located nearby all the entertainment.Getting in and out of Duck to go down to southern shore or kill devil can be delayed at times but just avoid busy lunch time/ shopping time. Been to kill devil, duck, and nags head beaches and out of 5 obx realtors for vacation rentals, this village reality won me over with excellent communication, linen services, keyless entry and avoid stopping at check in office, and the Corolla beach is the best !!! Can’t wait for next one !
