Recharge your batteries at Z's By The Sea, a six bedroom oceanside home in Duck that provides plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Located in the community of Port Trinitie, guests have convenient access to both the ocean and the sound for a variety of ways to make the most of your Outer Banks vacation.

The expansive private pool area with hot tub will be your outdoor oasis, surrounded by mature trees for seclusion. Z's By The Sea is ideal for large groups or extended families, with plenty of bonus space including a den and game room. When you arrive, use the cargo lift to make unpacking luggage and groceries a breeze. A reverse floor plan features an open-concept living area on the top level with vaulted ceilings, LVT flooring and a gas fireplace. The chef in the family will appreciate the spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers. The primary bedroom on the top level includes a large en suite bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub. Two levels of covered decking allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living and overlook the pool area below. Fire up the charcoal grill for burgers, steaks or the catch of the day.

Access to the sound is located directly across the street and includes a boat ramp for launching small vessels, kayaks, jet skis and paddleboards. There's also a soundfront community pool and pier, both of which provide spectacular water views and picturesque sunsets. Guests also have access to an oceanside community pool and tennis courts. Best of all, a beach access is located at the end of the street, exclusively for Port Trinitie guests.

Great location if you don’t mind a little walk to and from the beach access! We didn’t mind because of the pool it was great to have options! Plenty of space and thoughtful touches in the home like the guest book and extra pillows and even games stored in ottomans in the common spaces/areas. We had plenty of room for the 7 adults + 4 kids who stayed and the multiple floors allowed us to stay up and have fun without disturbing anyone who wanted to call it a night. Fun shops and coffeehouses/breakfast/lunch/bakeries nearby so always nice options- but the kitchen really does come with items to make staying in and cooking a breeze as well. Overall we had a wonderful time and most say the place you stay on vacation isn’t as important as the activities/beach but I disagree and think because we stayed here it was even better! We had a rainy day and were thankful for the awesome location and spacious house to relax in. Also nice and private outdoors as well. Thanks for having us! We loved it!

Our stay was wonderful for our group! Property was exactly as pictured. Location was great, a short walk to the beach and right across from the sound. Enjoyed going to the pier on the sound that was included in the community. We enjoyed the pool on the property as well. Weather was great the second week of September, not a bad day. We were just a short drive into the town of Duck and a 20 minute drive into the town of Corolla. Enjoyed being able to bring our pup who had a great time on the beach as well. Highly recommend this property.

Great place for our family. We enjoyed the house, pool, and location. The house is close to the beach! We rented bikes and were able to bike around to sight see and visit the downtown area. Thanks for a great stay!!

Village realty was very quick to remedy 2 house issues! House was clean and comfortable. Sheets need to be updated to fit a deep mattress. They kept coming off as the were too small.

Z's By The Sea was a great location for our group of 10. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The whirlpool tub in the master was a great addition as well as the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well appointed and had all we needed to cook our meals. I must say that the weather could have been more on the warmer side but I guess that is typical for April. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic time at this property! We traveled with our Son and their girlfriends, and everyone had a ton of space for relaxing. The kitchen was great for making big breakfasts and dinners! We really appreciated the pool, we traveled in April, and the days at the pool were fantastic! We had two glorious beach days as well! The hot tub was extremely clean, and the kids loved it!
Thank you to the owners for allowing dogs. It was so nice to walk the beach every morning with our dogs who made the 12 hour trip with us.
We had only one day that was cloudy, and we enjoyed driving the 2 miles into duck to shop the boardwalk stores.
We have stayed in the Outer Banks before, but this was by far our favorite location!
Lastly, the beach is a 4 minute walk. It is super close.
We will be back!

This space was perfect for our family getaway of 10 people. The house was tidy and had plenty of games and something to do for everyone. There was nothing missing from the kitchen or bedrooms and it felt like home away from home.
The space across the street from the house had amazing docks that you could walk out to enjoy the sun rise/set
Host was extremely responsive when there were any issues and made it easy to reach out anything.
Would 100% go back! We had such a great experience!

Great house, close to the beach

We had a terrific stay at this property! It's a very short walk to beach access, there is plenty of room, and all the kitchen appliances/utensils that you would need. The house did not have any tissues & during the one nice afternoon during our 3-day stay, a maintenance rep came over to service both the pool & the hot tub (inconvenient timing). Otherwise, we recommend this house & would be happy to stay here in Duck again!

Very nice property. Large kitchen with lots of storage - but maybe considering labeling shelves/cabinets so things have designated places as many cabinets contained a jumble of items. Top deck is fantastic and the furniture comfortable - a great gathering place. Would have been nice to have a small fenced area so that dogs could go off-leash occasionally.

Had a nice stay here. The house is very spacious and in a nice location. The pool and spa are awesome. The only negative from our stay was that the fireplace didn't work, and I never received a response when asking about it.

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make our stay wonderfully comfortable. The hot tub and the pool were wonderful additions for our group. There is not really a view, but the sound is right across the street, and the beach is a short walk away. We loved it here, and the hosts were extremely responsive, and their directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We'd stay again!

The kitchen was equipped with every pot/pan/utensil needed to cook which was great, but they had no spices, cooking oils, and very minimal soap throughout the house. Definitely pack your own! Same with toilet paper.
We had an issue when we got there & the host was responsive which was good. One thing to note when booking this location is it’s managed by a realty company - because of that we did find they weren’t sure about specifics of the property when we reached out with questions. Additionally we received messages from them asking if we could check in late or leave early, (we didn’t) which made us feel like they were asking us to cut our trip short. No major issues but there isn’t that personal touch you get with a local host - if that matters to you! All in all we’d stay again though!

We loved this home. So much better than we had hoped. The home is well kept, clean and perfect for our gathering of 12 for a ladies retreat. Lots of nice pillows and blankets. In our opinion, the beds were comfortable. The cargo lift was amazing!
The hot tub was nice, however the winter cover of the pool and the gate position is a bit odd, and could be a tripping hazard, but would not deter us from coming back.
The home had a fireplace, yet there was no gas. That would’ve been an added bonus on the night it was 40 degrees. Inquire first if that’s important to you. That was not a deal breaker for us.
We appreciated the hot tub guy taking care of that even though we were there. I’d rather him maintenance that than not. I like that! We know it’s being taking care of regardless!
This is the 1st time we’ve used a realty company. It was pleasant.

The property and house was very spacious! Lots of room for hanging out, inside or out. The property management company was very responsive during our stay. There were some essentials missing from the kitchen so if you are wanting to cook, you might want to bring most things with you or plan to purchase once you arrive. The beds were very comfortable and the two dishwashers came in very handy!

Beds are super comfortable, with large rooms.The kitchen was equipped with every pot/pan/utensil needed to cook which was great, but they had no spices, cooking oils, and very minimal soap throughout the house. Definitely pack your own! Same with toilet paper. All in all we’d stay again though!

We loved this home. So much better than we had hoped. The home is well kept, clean and perfect for our gathering of 12 for a ladies retreat. Lots of nice pillows and blankets. In our opinion, the beds were comfortable. The cargo lift was amazing!
The hot tub was nice, however the winter cover of the pool and the gate position is a bit odd, and could be a tripping hazard, but would not deter us from coming back.
The home had a fireplace, yet there was no gas. That would’ve been an added bonus on the night it was 40 degrees. Inquire first if that’s important to you. That was not a deal breaker for us.
We appreciated the hot tub guy taking care of that even though we were there. I’d rather him maintenance that than not. I like that! We know it’s being taking care of regardless!
This is the 1st time we’ve used a realty company. It was pleasant.

The property and house was very spacious! Lots of room for hanging out, inside or out. The property management company was very responsive during our stay. There were some essentials missing from the kitchen so if you are wanting to cook, you might want to bring most things with you or plan to purchase once you arrive. The beds were very comfortable and the two dishwashers came in very handy!
