Located in the Ocean Dunes community in Duck this home is located on the oceanside with quick, easy, and safe pedestrian access to the beach and the village of Duck. You’ll find a cozy living room that’s perfect for getting the whole family together to watch a movie! Make your way to the well-equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to make meals during your stay! When it’s time to chow down, there’s seating for 6 at the dining room table so everyone can catch up on their day or dine al fresco on the screened-in porch. ! It is the perfect place to spend precious time with family and friends. After a day at the beach or just relaxing in the pool you can easily stroll to Duck Village for shopping, dining, or to witness incredible sunsets over the Albemarle Sound!

The shopping centers of Scarborough Lane and Scarborough Faire are conveniently located at one end of this neighborhood and offer a wide array of fun stores and delicious eateries. The Duck Town Park and sound-side boardwalk are both a short stroll away, offering activities for the entire family.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Easy to get to shops and bike to beach. House was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the pool but they came to fix it same day. Would stay there again.

We took our first vacation as a family of 3 and this house did not disappoint! The home was in a perfect location in the heart of Duck. Once we arrived at the house we did not have to drive our car due to the walkability of the area! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

It was easy to check in since the door had keyless entry. The house was very clean and well furnished (though in future a desk might be a good addition somewhere for those who may have to also work during their stay.) The white towels and the linens were spotless and the rooms nicely decorated without being cluttered or obtrusive. The front deck was nice for sitting in the evenings and there's a screened porch with picnic table. It's an easy walk to local shops and food venues -- in particular half a block from Scarborough Faire, a treehouse-like shopping place with boardwalks and a bookstore, great coffee, breakfast, and lunch at Treehouse Coffee, and a wonderful Thai restaurant, Bangkok Thai and Sushi, and more. Across the main road is a lovely long boardwalk trail we used often, and other shops and cafes of various kinds. The beach access at the end of our road was still closed (like many others) due to storm damage but we found another way in the next street up. Great getaway!

Excellent location and house for our vacation

Nicely updated and equipped for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a perfect "pre-game" spot for morning chats, reading, and lunch before heading to the beach for the afternoon. Shopping and restaurants are literally a two minutes' walk away. The beach access was a bit longer walk, but straight up the street.
