Happy Days offers convenient, one-level living and an open-concept layout with lots of windows for abundant natural light. There are two master suites, including one with a jetted tub and direct deck access. From the 8' x 35' covered oceanfront terrace, there is a view of the pool and the spa area. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a shared bath. All baths are finished in quarried slate with granite countertops, copper accents, and antique bronze fixtures.

The 80 ft long oceanfront pool and extensive outdoor complex includes lush greenery, secluded in-ground spa area, partially shaded children's pool area complete with "spray ground" and zero-edge wading pool, dunetop boardwalk, gazebo and shower sprays. The indoor heated pool, open year-round, is accentuated with a translucent roof, perfect to catch the sun during the day and swim under the stars at night.

Other amenities for Happy Days include TVs, DVD players, WiFi, fireplace, and outdoor grill access. There are three elevators in the community for your convenience. Covered parking allows for two cars with additional outdoor overflow parking. Located near Mile Post 7.5 on the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

The complex was nice. The pool area was clean. Did not have enough umbrellas. The most frustrating thing was the elevator was out of order. It worked only 1 day of the seven were there. One person in our party had knee surgery recently and we were depending on this elevator. The unit was nice too. However, it was in need of a few repairs.

We loved this condo! Easy to get in and out. Stairs and elevator were right next to us. Parking anywhere under cover. Quick walk to indoor pool/hot tub/workout center or to the outdoor pool/hot tub/beach. We sat on the deck overlooking the beach quite often. The balcony in this condo was huge! It was too chilly when we were there to sit out there for very long, however. The furniture in the living area was comfortable. The glass table was large enough for us to eat and play games at the same time. We picked up a VIP discount card at the office in Nags Head and used it at Miller's and Blue Water Grill. We highly recommend Miller's! Check out their hours, though. We had delicious hush puppies, mashed garlic potatoes, and filet minon! I would recommend bringing: 1) 3 or 4 bottles of hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen since they just provided little bar soaps for the bathrooms; 2) more washcloths as there were only 2 per bedroom; 3) more toilet paper as only 1 per bathroom was provided. Other than that, everything was perfect! Lots of good communication, good location, clean condo.

Great location. Clean and had all kitchen necessities needed. The water pressure could be better in master bath. Furniture is a little dated but worked for our needs.

The location of the Croatan Surf Club was ideal- close to the beach, restaurants and a large number of stores. The unit had plenty of space and had a nice view of the pool and ocean. We liked that there were two pools (indoor and outdoor), a baby pool and two hot tubs. We could hear some movement from the condo above us, but it was not terrible. The grounds were clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was overall great. Amazing view and sounds of the beach, just by opening the screen door. beach and pool access is quick and easy. Surrounding neighbors are friendly and nice. Pool areas are great for both adults and children. One problem we did find was lighting in one of the bedrooms, but it was quickly fixed. Will defiantly come back and stay again. Hopefully soon!!

Croatan Surf Club is a nice setting in a convenient part of the beach area--everything is close by. The beach and pools were excellent. The condo was nice, but at this price level, could be improved with: better wifi and internet service (it is atrocious except at 6 AM), better kitchen cooking ware, better living room and deck furniture. Village Realty is A+. Not having to go to the office to pick up and drop off keys is great, personnel are easy to get on the phone and very responsive.

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at CSC but our first in this unit. There is not enough great room seating for a 3 bedroom unit. We had a couple of maintenance issues but all were promptly taken care of. Overall the location of CSC is great and it is fairly new. The overall upkeep and maintenance of the complex has begun to deteriorate. If I was a property owner I would not be happy with the maintenance and cleaning of the property. I will probably start to look at other options in the area.

Perfect Condo

The condo was convenient to acces from the parking garage with carts and an elevator. The furnishings looked brand new and it was well kept. The location was great with quick access to the pool and awesome balcony views. The indoor pool was perfect at night and on rainy days.

We enjoyed our family vacation here, with a little one. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pool were great and well maintained. It’s a short walk to the beach with gorgeous views!
