Welcome to paradise! Spontaneity is a stunning waterfront home situated in a prime location within Corolla Light. Guests can look forward to unobstructed views of the Currituck Sound, dazzling sunsets and even a view of the iconic Whalehead Club. After a day at the beach or exploring the resort, come home and gather in the great room featuring a wet bar and floor-to-ceiling, west-facing windows that take full advantage of the incredible view. Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop and double oven. With an outdoor dining set for eight, your family can dine al-fresco during sunset. Afterwards, unwind with a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub on the covered deck. For indoor entertainment, the rec room on the ground level is equipped with a pool table and foosball table.

As guests of Corolla Light, your family will have access to a variety of world-class resort amenities - there's truly something for everyone! Park your vehicle in the carport and leave it there for your entire stay. The trolley stops directly in front of the house and will take you anywhere in the community. Take a short walk, bike ride or shuttle over to the Oceanfront Complex, less than half a mile from the house. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground.

Back on the soundside, Spontaneity is less than a mile from the Corolla Light Sports Center. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities. The community's outdoor soundfront pool is located directly across the lake. From there, you'll have access to miles of nature trails and a soundside pier for fishing and crabbing.

Conveniently situated on the northern end of the Corolla Light community, Spontaneity is within walking distance to historic Corolla Village. Explore unique shopping, dining and family-friendly activities at the Corolla Light Town Center. Set aside a day to experience famous attractions including the Whalehead Club, Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education.

Village Reality has consistently provided an exceptional vacation experience, and our recent trip was no exception. On a particularly frigid winter day, we discovered that the upstairs floor lacked heat. Promptly, I reached out to Village Reality, and they responded swiftly, dispatching their service technician. The technician arrived promptly, apologizing for the inconvenience. Although he couldn’t immediately resolve the issue, he kindly provided us with space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime. He was also on the phone arranging for an HVAC technician to come and address the problem. By noon that day, the very pleasant HVAC technician had successfully restored the heating system, restoring our comfort and warmth. A heartfelt thank you to Village Reality’s guest service, their service technician, and the HVAC technician for their exceptional assistance!!

Great house, loved walking a few blocks to the swimmable beach, clubhouse, restaurants and shopping.
The home was beautiful, great for a big group. The beds were on the firmer side but ample of beds! Really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room! Definitely recommend and would go again!

The house is updated and well equipped and maintained - with incredible views of the sound through many windows. Perfect for three couples and four kids, could have brought a couple more kids. We had a couple of small issues and Village Realty sent someone within a few hours to help us out.

OMG…Did we really stay in a top-notch home…absolutely!!!
It was beautiful, it was marvelous, it was truly breathtaking.
It was a surprise location for my family for which they were blown away. The space, the surroundings, the colors, the furniture, the atmosphere, etc, made this one of the best trips we have ever had. We were so intrigued by the house that the only place we went was to the market…for just a few items.
We will definitely be back…for sure!!!

The home was beautiful and peaceful the large windows showing the view of the sound was breathtaking. Checking in by way of a key code made it very convenient. There was 4 of us that stayed and neither of us have been to OTB before and we loved it. The house was big and spacious and can accommodate a large group and still have your own privacy. The game room was very nice and fun the kitchen was amazing had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were the nicest I've seen at an Airbnb. We went during the off season, and we still found good restaurants to eat at and a lot to do. We drove on the beach and seen wild horses, we went horseback riding, kayaking and fishing. If you're vacationing in the OTB I would defiantly stay in this lovely home. Our fishing trip was amazing and that was with Willy C Charters, drew our Captain was the best so Stay here and go fishing with Drew, you won't regret it :D

This home is lovely, clean and in a beautiful location on the sound with wonderful views and walking paths.
The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms extremely clean and kitchen amazingly well equipped.
