Ground Level: This level sports the rec room including a pool table, foosball table, TV/DVD, CD/Stereo, and kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. You'll also find a bedroom with a TV that shares a full bath with the rec room. Step outside, and you can take a dip in your own private pool.

Mid Level: Here you will find 2 King main bedrooms, each with a TV. There is also a room that offers 2 Double beds, a TV, and a shared bath with another room sporting a DuoBunk and Trundle, and a TV.

Top Level: The top level features the great room that offers a TV/DVD, CD/Stereo, and a gas fireplace. Just off the great room is the kitchen and dining area. The dining area seats 10, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. Step up a bit and enjoy the ship's watch, or step outside to the large screened porch, the perfect place for those family seafood feasts! Rounding out this level is a half bath off the great room, a lovely King main bedroom, and a rooftop crow's nest deck for taking in the views!

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This was our third year at this home, so that speaks for itself. Three Master King suites plus a master queen and two additional bedrooms was perfect for us. Beds are very comfortable. We love the open concept on the top floor with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. A few steps up to the lookout for relaxing and reading. Shaded picnic table by the large pool. Hot tub is awesome, and located conveniently for stargazing at night. Add to all that, a short easy walk to the beach. There’s nothing this house is missing. It checks all the boxes.
