Description

Welcome to the perfect home base for your next - or first - OBX vacation. You'll be just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops, yet you'll enjoy plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. When you want to explore further afield, it's a quick car ride to reach sound access. When it's time for the beach, grab the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys before hitting the sand. And when you return, make use of the handy outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

 At home, take your pick of several outdoor areas, including front and back porches and a shady front patio with a porch swing just made for sipping sweet tea. The firepit in the backyard is perfect for an evening of roasting marshmallows and watching the stars, and the gas grill and picnic table make for an easy family cookout and alfresco meal.

Inside, you'll find just as many charming areas to gather. With heart pine floors, coastal blue decor, and lots of natural light, the main level features the combined kitchen, dining, and living space. The chef will find a full suite of appliances, lots of cabinetry, and plenty of countertop space for making mealtime magic. Relax in the living room while you stream the latest release or upload the day's pics to social media. More entertainment options await in the game room downstairs, which also features an extra fridge for snack storage. You'll find lots of board games, a pool table, bar-top tables, another streaming-capable TV. . At the end of a fun day, comfortable bedrooms await on the main floor - each with a streaming-capable TV. With so much to do both at home and nearby, the only question left is how many extra days you'll book at No Bad Dayz

Things to Know
Streaming is available with guest accounts; cable is provided through the Spectrum app via streaming.
The garage is not accessible.
Guests must go outside to access the game room downstairs.
The fireplace is not operational.
No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The stay was great, we loved the place. It would have been nice to be supplied kitchen towels and a sponge so we could do dishes more easily. I couldn't get into the guest portal until the day of check in so I didn't know what was needed.

Thank you, Kaitlyn. We're glad you loved the place and that your stay was great. Please be sure to look at your vacation rental’s list of amenities as they vary by property. Each home will have a starter set of paper products to make your arrival day a little easier. This set will include one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom as well as a small bar of hand soap. Each full bathroom will receive a 1oz tube of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. While homes will be cleaned before your arrival as well as after your departure, make sure to bring some cleaning supplies for spills, dishes as well as laundry. You will be able to pick up a weekly supply of paper products at the nearby grocery store.

We brought our dog and he loved it! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, codes to get in were sent in plenty of time. Game room is fantastic too especially on a rainy afternoon. My grandson loved learning how to play pool from his Pappy. We really enjoyed it here and will definitely come back.

Had a great time here at this house. We absolutely loved the basement with all of the games, had a big foosball family tournament. The house was in a nice quiet area, house was clean, beds were nice and was a great time for us to come down and fish! We will be returning!
