"Vaca 2023 - Awesome! I would rent it again"

"To the owners of this amazing home, our family has been going to the Outerbanks for 30+ years and have stayed in some nice houses, however, this one has raised the bar. If I were to ever build one, I`d try to build one exactly like it! Everything from now on will be compared to OBX-ta-Sea. It was a new build so I assumed there would be some things that you would need that maybe owners forgot about, but every time I thought of something I needed, all I had to do was look. The floor plan was great, the kitchen was amazing. Beach access was a very easy walk. I would book this place again and again and again. The decor was beautiful, like a Joanna Gaines house 🙂 The owners had a "where to find" booklet that outlined where everything was. Each TV had a channel listing and directions on how to use. Again, they thought of everything, from outdoor games to board games to a beach buggy. Although we didn`t use the buggy we knew it was there if we needed it. 1,000 characters isn`t enough space to rave about this house - haha! As always, Village Realty is a top notch rental agency. They are always so friendly and helpful, it makes the rental process easy."
