"This is our second year in a row renting this home. Perfect for a large family. Our group is 12 with siblings and cousins. Great location and we are talking about booking it again next year. The only down side is the horrible grill. It’s one of those charcoal grills you would see at the state park. You will waste hours every day trying to cook on it. If you are not allowed gas grills, the owner could provide a much better charcoal grill than what’s there. It would also be nice to know what kind of beach stuff is there, it does not mention in the listing but it’s loaded with chairs and umbrellas for the beach. It would save you in the packing. The place is always clean, kitchen has everything you need. For a large family, 1 fridge is kind of small. Other homes we have rented over the years this size have 2 fridges, not the end of the world. Pool is in the perfect location, right across from the driveway. It’s not monitored and we witnessed multiple times that there were pool crashers that drove in with large groups and used the pool. This happened basically every day."
