Seaduction is a classic beach retreat, tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need including your own private pool and hot tub and a short walk to the beach access. Large decks on the mid and upper level provide ample space for everyone. Enjoy the ocean breeze and catch a glimpse of the ocean from the upper sun deck. The great room is expansive and has room for everyone to gather for TV/Movie time, dining and preparing delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig or dine out on the screened in porch. Three bedrooms with private baths and deck access. The lower level is the perfect spot to hang out in the rec room with a pool table which also has a full-size refrigerator an microwave.

Ocean Sands is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and many outdoor activities.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets - Pet Free. Ask about our Military Discount. The fireplace is not available.

"Our rental house was very nice again for the 6th year. My family feels at home there. The office staff at Village Realty are friendly and efficient. Looking forward to being back next year, same house. I’m a 32 year veteran of staying in the Ocean Sands area!"
