"This was a great house with a lovely view of the beach and sound. We've stayed in many rental houses in the OBX and this was the first property with proper mattresses that allowed for a decent night's sleep-thank you. The DVD player upstairs doesn't work well/needs instructions. Umbrellas/shade in the pool area would be helpful. Also we couldn't find a dustpan."

"We have stayed in this house for the week in May for 3 years now and have not been disappointed. We love the pool, being able to see the ocean and having our 2 little dogs with us. We are close to the restaurants that we love and shopping at the outlet mall! We have had few issues but usually taken care of promptly by Village Realty! The owners obviously care about their house and so do we! We have already put reservation in for next year! If I would say anything I would want , it would be another refrig downstairs not just a wine cooler."
