The chef in the family will appreciate the stainless steel appliances, including a Viking gas range. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and offers the same incredible water views and deck access as the living area. The suite also features a private bath with a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads. A second bedroom on the main floor and two more upstairs provide plenty of space for family and friends. Ideal for pets, tile and LVP flooring run throughout the entire home - you won't find any carpet in this house!

Everyone in your group can take advantage of all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers, including a fitness center, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and multiple outdoor pools. During the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones.
