"We have been renting condos for decades in Ocean City MD. This was our first Outer Banks vacation. Hands down, this was the best rental we’ve ever had. Everything about this house is thoughtfully designed. It’s well equipped throughout the kitchen, the towels and sheets being commercially laundered is fantastic, and the place was immaculately clean! We had one of our best vacations ever this year. Thanks so much to the owners for opening their home to us and to Village realty for doing a great job managing this property!"

"My friends and I have been coming to Corolla for many years. Your house is the most thoughtfully designed and outfitted that we`ve come across. We appreciated everything from full size fridge on the pool level, ceiling fans everywhere, blue tooth soundbar, a bathroom for every bedroom and down to clothes baskets in the closets! The fit, finish and materials are all first-rate.We brought much of our own food knowing we would not be able to dine out at restaurants and to minimize store runs due to the pandemic. Therefore, we really appreciated the plentiful assortment of kitchen tools, glassware, cutlery and appliances. These things usually accumulate over the years, but your new house came fully equipped and was a welcome surprise!We also wanted to compliment you on the wonderful neighborhood. This is our first time on sound side. We went on almost daily walks and appreciated the shady areas we never had on the ocean side.Great weather, great food from carry-out and curb-side pickup, daily treks to the 4WD beach and an extremely comfortable place to stay made a much-appreciated break from the COVID-19 monotony.By the way, we highly recommend North Banks, Uncle Ike`s and Lucky`s Pizza! They have been favorites for several years and certainly did not disappoint this time either, even for carry-out!Again, thank you for opening your new house to us and, thankfully, we have been able to reserve for 2021!
