Built in 2017, this immaculate beach house features stylish and up-to-date fixtures and finishes throughout. Your family can gather and make memories in the open-concept great room with neutral tones, vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring. The chef in the group will appreciate the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating that overlooks the dining area. The primary bedroom includes a spacious ensuite bath with a large vanity and ceramic tile flooring. Downstairs, the rec room can serve as an additional hangout space, equipped with comfortable seating, TV and electric fireplace. There's even a foosball table for hours of indoor entertainment. Outside, you'll find a thoughtfully landscaped backyard with a grassy lawn, perfect for kids and dogs. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the enclosed outside shower before taking a relaxing soak in the saltwater hot tub. Guests at Beach Gnome can walk or bike to the Avalon Drive beach access, just a half mile away.
