"The washing machine didn’t seem to be working right, the light in the master shower needs looked at, and it would be nice if someone dusted the house. The lights and baseboards were covered. I did love the house and the setup. Hopefully down the road we can own a house like that in the OBX. That is why I mentioned the couple things earlier because it was such a nice newer home that I would hate to see it not stay that way."

"Love love love! This is our 2nd time staying at this rental and it is perfect for our family of 3! We had 2 others stay with us this year and there was still plenty of room. We love how it’s all on one level and the decor is beautiful. The location is perfect. We love the short walk to the beach literally a 5 minute walk. The grocery store and restaurants right across the street is extremely convenient. House was spotless and had everything we needed plus more! We will definitely be back again!"

"This house is perfect for my family of 6, not too big and not too small. It's brand new and well taken care of. After renting up and down the obx, this house is by far the nicest. It's also nice to not have so many stairs in the house as well as getting over the dunes to the beach. It's also nice being so close to stores and everything nags head has to offer."

"This is our 2nd year staying at Cole's Cabana. It is the perfect rental property size for our family of five. It has a functional floor plan, a salt water pool that the kids truly enjoy, and spacious rooms with ample storage. It just works for us and no space unused. The addition of a picnic table next to the pool and an outdoor shower room are great additional touches. The only recommendation I would like to give is to invest in better cookware and cutlery. Some of the items there are either rusted or unsafe to use.
As far as Village Realty, I appreciate being on top of everything from check in to check out. We didn't have any issues so I cannot speak for on demand assistance nor response time. We like the app and easiness or use."

"This is our second year staying in the house. We love it. Perfect size for our family of 4. If possible we'd love to see the patio area of the pool expanded a little. It's a tight squeeze. But other than that it was great."

"We have been renting at the Outer Banks for over 30 years.. Cole’s Cabana would rate at the top. It’s got a great floor plan, beautiful finishes, super comfy beds, beautiful pool, and great location. It’s like walking into a designer home. My only suggestion would be a couple chairs added to the living room. The couches are very comfortable but we needed a little more room when we were all watching TV. We had a great week thank you!"

"Beautiful home! - Perfect! We were looking for a place to spend Easter! This beautiful place was just two east blocks from the beach! CLEAN, spacious and exactly what our family needed (2 adults and 3 college aged) plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby!! We will definitely be back!!"
