"H203N was nearly perfect! Kitchen was well stocked (except for teaspoons, which we’ve seen happen a lot for some reason), the ice maker didn’t work but may not have been hooked up because of the ice machine at the wet bar. The bathrooms appear to have been updated recently with new vanities, counters, toilets and fixtures. There were a couple of kitchen cabinet doors that are loose at the hinges, as well as one cabinet door in the primary bath. The toilet paper holder in the full hall bath is coming loose from the wall. The mattress in the primary bedroom has several dips and is pretty hard, not “firm” just hard. Also the couch cushions get rather uncomfortable quickly. Those things are to be expected after some time, but as nice as the condo is overall those things really stand out. Also there really needs to be some additional lighting, some ceiling lights and ceiling fans would be good. We’ve stayed at Heron Cove several times and this was the first time we’ve seen people smoking on balconies. The smell would blow onto our balcony, making it impossible to enjoy meals or just sit and relax out there. It also blew inside when we opened the windows and balcony doors, again making it impossible to take advantage of the breeze. There were also a couple of people smoking at the pool. It’d be nice if the no smoking applied to the balconies and pool also, as it could pose a fire hazard n addition to being an annoyance to non-smoking guests. Overall we were very happy with the condo, it’s well taken care of and nicely updated. It seems that the owner wants to provide a comfortable home for a memorable OBX experience."

"We found 203N to be the perfect place for what we were looking for. The condo was updated, great location, and perfect size for our family. I loved the view from the 2nd floor deck. We enjoyed our morning coffee there along with our nightly card and board games. The condo had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo for families needing 3 bedrooms. Ice maker was clutch!!"
