Shell's By The Seashore is a brand new, custom-built home situated on the quiet and secluded Historic Loop in the Currituck Club. This spacious, six bedroom retreat will check off everything on your vacation home wish list. Shell's By The Sea Shore offers guests three levels and over 4,000 square feet of indoor living, plus an expansive backyard with a heated saltwater pool. There's no shortage of gathering space with a large, open-concept great room plus additional common areas on all three floors. Shoot pool, play shuffleboard or watch movies in the rec room downstairs. Use the full-size refrigerator and freestanding icemaker for convenient drinks and snacks by the pool. Ideal for extended families and larger groups, four of the six bedrooms are master suites that include private baths with double vanities and tiled walk-in showers. Upstairs, the great room features 11' ceilings, a gas fireplace (off-season only) and French doors that lead to a large covered porch. The chef in the family can prepare meals while socializing with family and friends gathered around the large kitchen island. In the mornings, grab a cup of coffee and get your daily dose of Vitamin D in the sun room or deck overlooking the pool area below.

The Currituck Club is a private golf community that provides shuttle service to a beautiful lifeguarded beach (seasonal). Take advantage of all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers, including outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and of course the world-class 18-hole championship golf course designed by Rees Jones. This gated community is great for walking, running, and biking. A Harris Teeter is located at the entrance of the community, so grocery shopping is a breeze.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. All trolleys run from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

"Very beautiful spacious home. Easy to settle in and enjoy the space having family time. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the games and other rec room items. Especially loved the saltwater pool with different seating levels! Yard and other sitting areas in & out were great! Well planned smaller room by kitchen (good for baby to keep safe too). Loved watching the sunrise from there & the balcony... then by evening sunset on the upper frt porch! Just perfect! Location to South Beach very close. Bike riding fun in Currituck Club; fitness & tennis enjoyed by guests too. Close to Timbuck II shopping, restaurants & sound watersports. Will come back again!"

"Shell's By The Seashore was a fantastic property. There was so much room for our family of 10 and the layout was perfect for us. Several different sitting rooms to get away and the large open upstairs area to all get together. We all loved the downstairs game room, the pool and large yard and sunsets from the front porch. Beautiful home and neighborhood! Only issue-the pictures online didn't show blinds in any bedroom or bathroom and I called to check about this prior to our visit. Surprisingly, I was told there were none- so the week before we arrived we worked to figure the window sizes to come up with temporary coverings to bring only to arrive and find out there were indeed blinds on the bedroom and bathroom windows. Happy surprise, but could have saved us time and worry if we knew ahead of time."
